My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were neat and tidy, equipped with all the amenities I needed, including complimentary daily 2 piece laundry, faster internet, and cocktail hour snacks and buffet from 6-8pm daily. The personalized touch of balloons on my birthday was a delightful surprise.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped for work, thanks to the excellent service provided by Kumar and Santosh from the housekeeping team. Mr Jayamoorthy ensured my room was beautifully cleaned. The location is conveniently close to Ecoworld and other offices, making it a suitable choice for business travellers. The dining experience was superb with a range of options to enjoy. Overall, a great stay with a few minor setbacks.

Even though this hotel is smaller than the Novotel, the impeccable room service and great infrastructure stood out. However, my room wasn't quite ready despite checking in the evening, but once I got inside, I found the rooms to be tidy and clean.

Additionally, the security team, particularly Gopinath and the housekeeping services, were there whenever needed, making the stay even more comfortable.
